What's The Process Of Claiming Air Serbia Compensation?


Here are the steps that you need to follow to claim compensation for inconvenience from Air Serbia.


  • Gather Flight Documents: Before proceeding with filing the compensation claim, passengers must ensure they've all the required documents ready such as boarding pass, air ticket, and any receipts that can help them get compensated.   • Submit Your Claim: Once your documents are ready, the next step is to contact their customer support team by visiting their website. Fill out the compensation claim form without any error, and wait for a response from the airline.


  • Wait For Air Serbia Response: After submitting the request for compensation, you have to wait patiently until you get a response from the airline's end. It can take up to 30 days to fix  your compensation request issue.


  • Get Compensation: If you get a response from their end, then you will help you with the compensation which can go from 250 to 600 euros, though that too depends on the distance of the flight, and delay hours.
