For business class passengers, they can bring two carry-on bags free of cost on the plane but they have to ensure the baggage limit must not exceed 10 kg.   • Other dangerous goods, such as magnetized materials and offensive or irritating substances.

Batik Air Sports Equipment Policy

There are a couple of sports equipment that the airline doesn't allow to bring on the plane. Here are the rules and restrictions on the specific equipment.

  • Surfboard/Wind Board:

Not allowed on ATR-operated routes.

RM65 handling fee applies for the second surfboard.

  • Bicycle:

Up to 10 bicycles are allowed on board at a time.

Must be packed in an approved bicycle bag, with a maximum length of 165cm.

RM65 handling charge applies for additional bicycles beyond the first one.

  • Diving Equipment/Bowling Ball/Golf Bag:

These items are included within the standard baggage allowance based on your ticket.

Must be packed in approved bags or boxes for transport.

Batik Air Policy For Large Musical Instruments

If any passenger is bringing small items such as saxophone, guitar or mic, then they can be carried as carry-on baggage while ensuring they don't exceed the specified weight limit.

For heavy or large equipment such as cello, travelers have to sign a limited release tag (LRT), and will be approved as checked baggage.
