Eligibility for Online Reservation Changes


To make online changes to your reservation, make sure that the following criteria are met:

  2. No one from your booking has checked in for any flight.

  3. Your reservation does not include a Saver/Government fare.

  4. Your reservation contains no more than 8 flight segments.

  5. Your reservation has no more than 7 passengers.

  6. Your reservation does not include an award ticket for travel on LATAM or Cathay Pacific.

  7. You made a reservation within the last 13 months.

  8. Your reservation does not involve:


  • Group booking

  • vacation package
