Please note that most flights allow booking for up to 9 passengers, including adults (16 years or older), young passengers (aged 12 – 15 years), infants (up to 1 infant per adult), and children aged 2 – 11 years (up to 3 children per adult).


You cannot book your ticket online if:


If any of the following conditions apply to you, please make your ticket reservation via phone by calling the JAL Call Center in your city/country:
