  • Container Specifications:

    • Containers must not be made of wire or welded mesh.

    • Must have a fillable water container attached.

    • Container weight (including pet) is not covered by free baggage allowance and may incur excess baggage charges.

International Travel Requirements

  • Obtain necessary entry permits for the destination/transit/origin.

  • Secure a valid health certificate and proof of rabies vaccination.

Bangkok Airways Pet Charges and Policies

  • Pet Charges:

    • Domestic Flights: Approximately USD 6 or THB 180 per kg per sector.

  • In-Cabin Pet Policy:

    • Cabin Travel: Bangkok Airways does not permit pets to travel in the cabin. All pets must be transported in the aircraft hold.

    • Traveling with Guide Dogs: Guide and assistance dogs, which are trained to support individuals with physical disabilities, are not allowed in the cabin but can travel as checked baggage. These dogs include those trained for hearing, guiding, and service tasks.

    • Charges: Guide dogs travel free of charge and are allowed in the temperature-controlled cargo hold in addition to the standard baggage allowance.
